Tuesday the 10th of September marks Suicide Prevention Day, so here at Vitality, we want to raise awareness and give people the space and time to relax, de-stress, switch off and let your body and brain rest.
So, during our opening hours of 10am - 2pm on Saturday, we will be opening the doors to our relaxation room completely FREE. 15 minutes to recharge, refresh, detox and simply unwind.
The relaxation room has been specifically designed to de-stress and relax, through the colour choice, temperature, scent, lighting and bed, everything is made to encourage you to feel complete calm.
During your 15 minutes you can rest back on the bed and enjoy the relaxation music as you drift into a lovely relaxing place. Take advantage of the eye mask to soothe tired eyes, as well as pulse roller to aid relaxation and aromatherapy hand cream when you waken up to ensure the relaxing feeling stays with you all day.
This space is yours to use, to encourage peace. Whether you need some breathing space, time away from the madness of home life, some peace and quiet to let your mind switch off, or a place to simply rest your eyes.
