As of this weekend, we are trialling "A Space to Relax" within Vitality, Kelso.

These sessions are 15 minutes for just £8 where you can simply just relax. Switch off from the outside world and enter a wonderful relaxed place.

The space is specifically designed to aid relaxation. Calming aromatherapy, soothing lighting, peaceful music, eye mask for tense eyes, de-stress pulse roller on entrance, and relaxing hand lotion when leaving. Every part of this experience is to allow you to sink into a wonderful place of complete tranquility.

We are trialling this over the weekend (Friday & Saturday) to hopefully be able to bring this to you more regularly.
