Autumn 🍂 is by far my favourite season, for so many reasons!

But one reason in particular is that pumpkin can literally go in anything and no one complains.

Using the Puree that I made from the gorgeous pumpkin I baked whole on Thursday, I baked a crustless pumpkin Pie 🥧 today. The smell of pumpkin and cinnamon sugar wafted through the house, filling every single room with its scent of delicious goodness. And the warmth of the pumpkin Pie soothed an unhappy little boy with a chest infection and put a smile on his face.

A pumpkin that size made 4 jars of pumpkin puree, one was used for the pumpkin Shortbread and the other was used for the pumpkin Pie.

2 more jars left to create magic and one will be used for tea tonight. Can you guess what it will be?
