Energy efficient extraction
There's a balance between what looks good and what works well for your property. With an exhaust air extractor, cooking vapours and warm heating air is channelled outside your property, fine in summer but valuable energy is lost in winter. So in highly insulated new builds we recommend a recirculating air system. The reverse is true for older properties where you want to remove the moisture to avoid condensation.
