Here’s a bathroom me and Paddy have just got finished
Lots of hard work gone into this one
All fittings chosen by the customer
Paddys tiling, plastering & joinery skills are as good as his plumbing so fair play to him
Great customers with plenty of tea n buiscuits
Just what we needed

Little make over me n paddy did last week
Turned out well
Super customer too
Tea and biscuits on tap

Well it’s taken us a while to get round to this one
But me and paddy got it underway a few weeks ago.

Remove en-suite
And make good

Remove and replace bathroom.

Customer hadn’t been able to use the bathroom for over a year as a collapsed drain that was inaccessible for repair put it out of action
First problem was finding a way through the loft with 6 m of 4 inch drain as it’s a dormer bungalow
With one small acces hatch
We had to thread it through bend it and squeeze it
But we managed
Then new SVP and connection into existing MANhole
Good job for paddy as he got on with all sorts
Plastering
Electrics
Plumbing
Joinery and decorating
We got through 78 tea bags according to the customer
So all good

His tiling and plastering are coming on a treat

Me n Paddy popped as stove in this week
Customer only been waiting 12 months so thought I’d get it done in the middle of a heat wave

Nice bathroom completed today by myself and number 1 son who is making brilliant progress on his way to becoming and top class plumber
Lots of the work done by him
Attention to detail is just one of his great qualities

Kitchen me and No. 1 son Paddy Holleran got finished today
Inherited this one With carcasses and worktops
Half done
Loads missing
O I could go on
Anyway we did what we could with what we had
Put some tiles on ( even a M2 fit by the boy)
Sorted all the wiring
Lick of paint
Cleaned up the knackered floor
And we are up and cooking
Only took 12 months 😂😜😜

With great customers keeping me in tea and buiscuits

Well I finally got it finished
Only took me 18 month
