🦵 Knee Progress Update 🎉 Great news, everyone! My knee rehabilitation journey is making incredible strides, and I’m excited to share my progress with you. 👏 I’ve achieved a significant milestone by regaining full range of motion in my knee, and the best part? It’s completely pain-free when I put minimal load on it. This accomplishment is a testament to the power of effective rehab and consistency. 🙌 To ensure that my knee remains stable and to build the necessary muscle strength, I’ve been utilising machines. This allow me to focus on targeted muscle groups, and giving me more external stability. But that’s not all! I’m also incorporating plenty of balance exercises into my routine. These help enhance my proprioception and further strengthen the surrounding muscles, making my knee even more resilient. 🤸‍♂️ As I continue to progress and my strength increases, I’m gearing up to tackle more unstable exercises. One addition, is the barbell back squat. This move will not only test my strength but also my stability.
