Monday Motivation - Be Present!
After the weekend is a great time to set your intentions for the rest of the week. Ensuring you're present with your clients, your business and at home is a great one to have.
It can get difficult when running your own practice to not have a million things swirling around in your head, however one of the amazing things about being a Reflexologist is the ability to turn it all off and give the client in front of you your full and undivided attention.

Mandy is our Kettering school tutor. She trained with Three Shires and is now passing on her love of Reflexology whilst running her own very busy practice in Kenilworth.
She will be teaching our next course, which is running in May 2023 in Kettering. Mandy is particularly passionate about how Reflexology can help mental health and has a wonderful way of putting everyone at ease!
