We have worked predominantly with Parker’s for many years now and they have always provided us with a fantastic service. Their Tonbridge branch has been instrumental in the smooth running of our current new build site! 👏🏼

IBMG hosted an exceptional weekend away at an amazing destination and we can’t thank them enough for their hospitality 🤝

In the village of Crockham Hill, Kent stands a 1970’s architectural house. 🏠 

The house has been a cherished home for our clients for many years and we are proud to be instructed to now extend and upgrade their wonderful home.

We replaced the existing conservatory with a traditional bespoke orangery by David Salisbury and transforming the family living room into a stunning space designed by Joss Miller Interiors.⁠

Another Design & Build success…

Renovating a period home is a unique and rewarding experience, especially when asked to convert two cottages into one! 🏠 

The challenge was to preserve the charm whilst incorporating modern comforts and conveniences. This involved a single storey extension, updating the heating and electrics, and improving insulation for energy efficiency.

By approaching the process with sensitivity and attention to detail, it was possible to create a beautiful and timeless family home that honours the properties history.

Introducing The Farm 🌳

We have very recently exchanged on a stunning piece of land, with a farmhouse and a group of old working farm buildings.

The plot boasts a long driveway and incredible views over the surrounding greenery, and the High Weald Area.

We are so excited to work on the plans to develop this site sympathetically to the surrounding communities whilst achieving beautiful new homes! 🚜

Last night Georgina was part of a select group who were invited to an afternoon and evening at BRE with The Kings Foundation, discussing the all important topic of building towards Net Zero Carbon Homes. 🌱

Beau Property currently sit on a pipeline of 150 homes which means it is paramount that we are considering this as part of our strategy; we owe it to the planet & our future generations.
