Another exciting Design and Build project for a client in Tunbridge Wells📍
We replaced the existing conservatory with a traditional bespoke orangery by David Salisbury and transforming the family living room into a stunning space designed by Joss Miller Interiors.

Another Design & Build success…
Renovating a period home is a unique and rewarding experience, especially when asked to convert two cottages into one! 🏠
The challenge was to preserve the charm whilst incorporating modern comforts and conveniences. This involved a single storey extension, updating the heating and electrics, and improving insulation for energy efficiency.
By approaching the process with sensitivity and attention to detail, it was possible to create a beautiful and timeless family home that honours the properties history.

We have very recently exchanged on a stunning piece of land, with a farmhouse and a group of old working farm buildings.
The plot boasts a long driveway and incredible views over the surrounding greenery, and the High Weald Area.
We are so excited to work on the plans to develop this site sympathetically to the surrounding communities whilst achieving beautiful new homes! 🚜
