As we continue to drive performance and conditioning for our athletes, we are always looking to maximise each and every tool available.

Ahead of a busy race weekend, has been with the team at , where he underwent physiological testing and guidance on all things nutrition.

The structured programme runs a detailed assessment and testing across a variety of key metrics, including resting metabolic rate, body composition, sweat test, high performance blood test and VO2max test.

This performance assessment takes things to the next level in terms of analysis, and gives a huge insight and understanding of how to best prepare and adjust training and nutrition.

A sport and exercise physiologist and performance coach, Sacha has a background in environmental physiology and athletic development. Having competed in gymnastics at national and international levels, Sacha can directly relate to the pressures of being a young athlete, so understands how best to prepare in terms of physical and mental mindset, prior to competition.

Sacha coaches multiple athletes across international football, golf, running and motorsports, and has most recently worked as a physical and well-being performance coach at the highest levels with HPP. With a background in sports massage, nutrition and yoga, she also has a comprehensive understanding of how to unlock an athlete’s optimum performance.

Another fantastic result over the weekend for , this time in his first ever Super Trofeo Asia event.

An impressive debut saw him take a class victory, and so close to scoring an overall podium. A great start to his first event of the category, and joining a list of greats to have stood on the top step of the 🏆

Preparation is intensifying ahead of the .karting.championship, and we’ve been on the ground with our athletes for another 3-day test at .

The boys have been working through test programmes in parallel to working on fitness, training and body conditioning, getting ready to deal with the tough race conditions. With the temperatures rising, hydration has also been key 💦

Two visits to the top step for Body Clinic athlete in Sepang over the weekend.

As part of a record-breaking 29-cars, the ran its first endurance challenge event, with rounds 8-10 of the championship. Making only his second outing in the 911 GT3 Cup, and his first on wets, Kai took a victory in the weekend’s second race, before going on to win under the lights at .

Over on two wheels, Body Clinic athlete was out over the weekend for the first ever Tyne Ride on the Quayside in Newcastle.

An impressive performance by Toby saw him finish as third in ‘the UK’s toughest head-to-head motorcycle event’ 👏

It’s back to action in Sweden this weekend for our Body Clinic athletes, as the .karting.championship heads to Kristianstad.

Our athlete performance programmes are supporting , , and , competing on the ground with , as they take on a big weekend at the Asum Ring. Nearly 300 drivers are competing, across the OK, OK-Junior and Academy classes, representing 62 nations.
