Few things that I noticed in the year and will be changing.
Maintenance: is suppose to be 8-10 weeks if you go over 12 weeks there will be an extra charge of £25 due to it taking me double the time to comb and remove your over build up and knots also causes damage to your own natural hair leaving it this long.
Matting: if your hair is severely matted then it will be £25 extra! Done it so many times stood there for hours combing out Mats where I could be with another client!
Bookings: and from 2024 every maintenance booking will
need a non refundable £20 deposit and will come off the the price on the day.
