3 day move to wales complete

Day 1 fully load 18 ton hgv including motorbike & drive on lawn mower

Day 2 completion day pick up essentials and deliver on Luton + tranship from hgv to Luton due to very narrow access 4-5 trips required

Day 3 complete unload and our team arrived safely back by 4pm today

Another long distance relocation carried out to perfection and on time as always

Even calling in little Roman to help with a large move in Wilmington over the next couple of days

We are moving a chain of 3 tomorrow but due to the size of the moves some have been part loaded

A top effort from our team in the heat especially yesterday and thank you to a very large move who agreed to let us deliver non essentials items on another lorry early this morning as the move was very large and the weather too much for our team to complete it yesterday

Good evening all we need some feedback

A change of our policy so please have a read

After many years of offering provisional bookings for free and holding dates right until the last minute we now have no choice but to charge for that privilege.

This is due to the amount of times we have held spaces & turned down other jobs only to be told at last minute they’ve made other arrangements or now refuse to move on that day as something has come up or that the date was never likely in the first place which we feel is very unfair as we have a team to look after and provide work for.

We’ve also noticed a big rise in our industry of people double booking companies this is not acceptable in our type of industry as we cannot simply just replace your job at last minute so please consider doing that when booking honest companies like us in.

We’ve always tried to help people with their date changes and support as much as we can which over the years has come at a cost to us but we cannot afford to continue with that policy as everything is going up around us except our price so we cannot afford to take that chance anymore.

So please see our plan of action and give us some feedback

10 days before your date of booking £100 non refundable deposit to keep that date

7 days before the date of booking 25% of the will be requested non refundable

3 days before if not confirmed then 50% non refundable will be requested

We feel this is fair but would be interested to hear everyone’s thoughts or feedback on this???

Our prices as you all know are very fair whilst we never try to be the cheapest we will also very rarely come up the most expensive if comparing us to companies operating large vehicles and that have full time paye staff not casual labour.
