Happy Thursday people ♥️ wanted to share some amazing figures of 4 ladies who popped in for their 2nd Scan (6 weeks apart) Their total cm loss was 99cm Total body fat loss 23kg and Total fat mass loss was 12.3kg. Huge congratulations to all 4 and esp one lady who lost an amazing 4.7 kg of body fat and 9.4kg in weight and a massive 43.8cm total loss around her body. Red line is 1st Scan and Green line is 2nd Scan 👍🏻 ♥️

We are so excited to be moving into our own space for our 3D Body Scanning and new Venture of the Mind, Body & Soul Wellbeing Academy. Our moving in date is the 1st October and plans are going ahead already with ways to make it welcoming and inviting for you all. We will continue at Ironstone on a Monday evening 6.30 - 8.30 until October 11th. We will be adding our new address to the Website and contact page and look forward to seeing you very soon.
