😄 Join us for our Tots and Tiddlers pre-school play sessions on Thursday's at Lodge Park Sports Centre. These are soft play parent and toddler sessions for crawling to preschool age children.

10am to 11.30am £2.70 per child.

During this special week, we're offering a fantastic opportunity for members to Bring A Friend For Free (x1 friend per member) to enjoy our facilities at Corby East Midlands Swimming Pool and Lodge Park Sports Centre .

Here are the details:
-You can nominate one friend a Free 7 Day Pass from Monday 18th -Sunday 24th September 2023.
-Nominated Friends must be aged 16+ and register at reception on their first visit.
-Friends will be required to purchase a RED wristband for a one-off-fee of £4.50, which will operate the lockers and allow entry to their chosen activity for the duration of the Health & Wellbeing Festival.
-All Friends must agree to the Health Commitment Statement prior to using the facilities.

Friends have access to;
• Unlimited Gym at Corby East Midlands International Pool and Lodge Park Sports Centre.
• Unlimited Swimming at Corby East Midlands International Pool.
• Unlimited Group Exercise Classes across both sites.
• Unlimited Virtual Group Exercise Classes with Les Mills Virtual in our Conditioning Studio and Cycle Studio at Lodge Park Sports Centre.
• Unlimited Sauna, Steam Room and Spa Pool at Corby East Midlands International Pool- We operate on maximum capacities in this area, pre booking your session in advance is advised to guarantee your place.
• A Free Full Induction in either of our Gym's so you know exactly how to use all of our equipment. This is not required but great for those with little or no experience in using gym equipment.
• Unlimited Free Gym Programmes and Reviews with our fully qualified, friendly and motivated personal trainers.
