I put this Valencian Paella together while watching the Strictly final tonight mixing in Monk Fish, Jumbo King Prawns, Salmon & other fish from you today and really gets me in the mood for when I go back to Valencia next month.
The rest I’ll enjoy over the next few weeks.

Just sharing this from last month.
Thankfully, I have plenty of help on the day 🙏 but I have 2 full time and 2 part time jobs and this morning I’ve put the boards out on my own, collected stock from Bedford and done 2 deliveries in Rushden.
I do things when I can.
For the rest of the day and evening I will be in a shop trying to keep my business going.
Last month. As it happened I was left with 14 traders last month. This month well over 20.
4 vehicles were left in the middle overnight.
One moved around 10am just as it was getting busy and drove it across the path to the front of the Market House in front of pedestrians.
The other drove their vehicle when it was busy through the Centre without a care that could’ve knocked a child running around over.
This has happened multiple times.
I don’t have much time for Social Media or the keyboard warriors but It’s your town, support it and its traders and if you haven’t anything positive to add then don’t and find something better to do 👍

In at 7am this morning to put the boards out for tomorrow’s Xmas Market.
Cars were already in the area next to the Market House and need to be cleared tonight as we do have 4 stands needing power and a grocer with extra stock! Feel free to share this around
