We would just like to update you all on our loungeaid!
Loungeaid was extremely successful thanks to the help of all you lovely loungers!
In total we raised……£1500 for
This is a charity close to all our hearts at Kino, they support the mental health of children in the Northants area, providing counselling, therapy and general support!
We could not have done this without the support of our loungers, and we would just like to thank you all! ❤️
Our bakes sales were record breakers, Ryan really loved his disco nights, the team had a wonderful time at the top of Ben Nevis and we sincerely hope you enjoyed watching all our efforts!

Our story...
What a ceiling! It’s hard to do justice to Kino Lounge if you’ve yet to step inside, but when you do, brace yourself – it’s quite something. We’re on the Market Place in the heart of Kettering, and our incredibly handsome building was once a cinema, showing the first moving pictures in Kettering in 1906, fact fans. We serve a fantastic range of food and drinks (including full kids, gluten free and vegan menus) in this awe-inspiring but relaxed, welcoming space. And the interior? Some would say “light touch restoration, showing the fine history of the building” others “have you finished it yet?”. You decide.
Back in 1909 the building showed the first moving picture in Kettering (hence the name Kino), and in tribute to this Kino proudly bears an original commemorative plaque from the British Film Institute!
