Mild steel locking plates cut from Mild Steel plate. These were then Zinc plated, and finally finished with a Laser marked, customer specified Part Number.

This Impeller is on its way to one of our customers. Manufactured from Bronze, it started off being turned to size from a larger Bronze billet and a tapered internal diameter machined. It was then transferred over to our CNC milling machine where the threaded holes and intricate impeller detail was machined. Finally finished off with a Laser marked Part number as per our customers request. Very impressed with the finished item!! 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻 &nengineering

A new part this week manufactured for a regular, returning customer.
Stainless steel bar was initially turned to size. Cutouts, equally spaced around the required PCD and cross drilled/ threaded holes were then milled into position.
Finally, a directional arrow was Laser engraved onto the top.

A customer sent us this rather lovely Bronze Bowl that he was looking to have material removed from the back of. He wanted to reduce the weight of the bowl and also give him a recess in which he could mount a rubber base. The required material was removed carefully with our Haas VF4 Milling machine.
