The weekend of football action came to a close this morning following Barcas matches vs Irvine Victoria 2015 at Kilwinning Community Sports Club.

Luckily the rain held off and the conditions were perfect for football. The Vics team played some decent football and made our team work hard for it. The Buffs kids defended well, played nice football & scored terrific goals 👏🏻

Thank you to a spirited Vics team for coming over and thank you for the support 🔵⚪️🔵

Well done to our Kilwinning Rangers 2007s who won the Lynn McBride Cup on Sunday.

Well done to all the boys but a special mention to coach Stevie Anderson who has taken 2 teams from the youngest age group right through the pathway.

Remember our Kilwinning Rangers Mini kickers is ON every Saturday 10am till 10.45am, fun intro to football for 3/4yrs olds.

Free football for 5 to 12yrs olds every Saturday 11am till 12pm. Hope to see some new and old faces along this Saturday.

A fantastic lunchtime of football today for our girls in the sunshine

With 2 teams the girls had put into action all the things they have been working on in training over the last few weeks and it is all starting to come together.

Some great passing, defending, and goal scoring on display, the girls especially enjoyed the derby game against each other to finish off the games today.

A big thank you to all the teams that were able to make it along today.

Wonderful start to the day when we welcomed Elderbank, Dreghorn and Pennyburn SEN bases along for a Scottish Gas funded football festival through a partnership with the Scottish FA Southwest Regional office.

The kids had a great day being coached through skills and games by Kilwinning Rangers Kilw coaches, Ayrshire College Ayrsh students and Blackands primary Football Champions. Thanks also to Lauren and Ewan of Active Schools with the organisation

After the launch last week, Family Day will now run every Saturday afternoon at Garnock Campus from 12pm to 3pm (Swimming Pool available from 12.15pm.)

This will be a day for the whole family to enjoy and for the cost of only £10 for the family (based on a maximum 2 Adults and 3 children attending, any additional attendees will be charged at an additional £2.00 per person) you will have access to our Pool, Table Tennis/Badminton/short Tennis in our Sports Hall and our Fitness suite (as long as inductions and Elevate Academy sessions have been completed). Please note that adults attending will be defined as responsible adults i.e. Parents/Grandparents/Legal Guardians, In addition, any children attending the pool under the age of 8 must be always accompanied in the water and our standard bather ratio will still apply:

Children under 3 – One adult to One child
Children 4 -7- One Adult to Two Children

Please be aware that entry will be granted on a first-come first served basis and no pre booking is available. This may mean that your chosen activities could fill up quickly and may not be immediately available for the start of your session.

Be sure to get there quick if you wish to attend 😁
