Heel pain is commonly caused by conditions such as plantar fasciitis, heel spurs, or Achilles tendonitis.

Plantar fasciitis involves inflammation of the tissue running along the bottom of the foot, while heel spurs are bony growths that develop on the heel bone. Achilles tendonitis is the inflammation of the Achilles tendon.

Proper footwear, stretching exercises, and sometimes physical therapy can help alleviate symptoms.

Foot pain can be a real nuisance, but understanding its causes can help you take better care of your feet! Here are some common reasons behind foot pain:

1️⃣𝗜𝗺𝗽𝗿𝗼𝗽𝗲𝗿 𝗙𝗼𝗼𝘁𝘄𝗲𝗮𝗿: Wearing shoes that are too tight, too loose, or lack proper support can lead to discomfort and pain.

2️⃣ 𝗢𝘃𝗲𝗿𝘂𝘀𝗲: Excessive walking, running, or standing for long periods without proper rest can strain the muscles, tendons, and ligaments in your feet, causing pain.
