Good day yesterday drifting at the NADT kings lynn, oil leak fixed after we rebuilt the turbo with a new rebuild kit and some slight modifications to fueling and ignition mapping, the 940 was faultless allday, still modifying and improving this brick to slide

Lots going on lately especially on engine performance and turbo builds, this is another volvo B230 turbo plenum with slightly larger ports for more generated boost this one has 44mm ports so port matching is required along with porting the head and a longer duration cam

Designed and fabricated a new front beam axle up for the formula 2 a few weeks ago after bending one up hitting Mildenhall fence, much stronger and more up to the job now!

More Ally fab recently, a large port volvo B230 turbo plenum and two 3 inch MAF ally housings to be shipped to Canada, a Fuel tank with a machined fl**ge to take the full fuel pump cartridge from a Renault Clio, and some bead rolled panels to smarten up an engine bay www.usherengineering.co.uk

Two race meetings done for Beth in her brisca formula 2 stockcar, one at Mildenhall and one at King's Lynn, both tracks we were finding the best setup and she was getting faster with her lines until a misfire at lynn caused us some problems.. Better get that sorted ready for the next outing at mildo next month, always plenty to do when it comes to race cars 😴
