⏱Appointment Time⏱
Arrive on time, as this will have an affect on your appointment time.
late arrival = less lashing time
Always allow enough time for your appointment.

🫧Clean Eyelashes🫧
Turn up with clean lashes, this not only makes them last longer but can also have an affect on your appointment time, as I will additionally need to clean your lashes.

✨Infills✨
Infills should be done every 2-3 weeks with 40% or more lashes left. If less than 40% is left I will have to charge for a full set to be done & this may result in being a rescheduled appointment. Please be honest when booking.
I don’t infill other lash techs work, this is due to using different products, so a new set would be required.

❌Cancellations❌
Please give me a minimum of 24 hours notice - I am fully understanding that circumstances do change but again please give as much notice as possible, this way I could reschedule another client.
