We are looking for :-

Civils Site Supervisors - Full time, kings Lynn area, residential and/or commercial experience.

Plant operators - Dozer and 360 - ideally GPS experienced or willing to learn .

Experienced ground workers / Gangs - Full time, ideally with roads and sewers experience.

Rates will depend heavily on experience, must have relevant cards and experience.

The substructures for plots 1 - 4 are nearly complete and we are now gearing up for the block and beam phase.

We are looking for a Senior site engineer to join our expanding team on a full time basis. A very competitive salary is on offer to the right person.

• Experience with Leica and/Or Geomax instruments.
• Experience with Captivate / Icon / Xpad.
• A very good understanding of 3d modelling, ideally using Autocad Civil 3D, volume calculations, surfaces etc.
• An in depth understanding of GPS, setting up base stations, day to day checking of machine control set ups etc.
• An interest and understanding of machine control, Leica MC1 preferably.
• A real team player with a can do attitude.
• Looks for solutions not problems
• An interest in assessing emerging technologies within the industry for accuracy and suitability prior to adopting them as part of our forward thinking business.

Our D5K2 bulldozer utilising this unexpected weather to make good soil erosion from the intense rainfall we experienced earlier this year.

Great work by the team on site, successfully pouring the first four ring beams. We chose to utilise a Pecafil above ground solution to reduce the cost of imported material for the piling matt on this low lying site.

West Lynn Football Club

New adoptable road being boxed out to ~2.5m deep, peat layer removed and filled with 6F5. The arisings are being used to build up levels as our excavations are below sea level and not much more than 150m from the tidal River Ouse in Kings Lynn. The hot spell is working out for us on this occasion, a drop of rain and these sites change very quickly ! . All modelled in house using Civil3d and all the plant is running Leica MC1.

A couple of new (to us !) additions to the business. D5k2 LGP with full Leica 3D GPS/UTS guidance and and a Bell B20E on flotation tyres as we always seem to get sites that you can barely walk on !!

A nice little site under way for KMH Builders in Gayton, Adoptable roads and sewers nearly complete. This is the second phase we have undertaken on this development of high quality new build homes for our long standing client. Superb service from BH Haulage for the aggregate supply.

Partial redevelopment of a Holiday park where we are now adding the final touches to the first pitches prior to a phased handover. In house design and build, all modelled to work with our MC1 equipped plant. Every surface, drainage & service run excavated to line and level from the cab helping us to deliver this project on time and on budget. 🤜

Our 2017 Liebherr 918, 5000hrs on the clock - owned from new just been in for winter boots and a little bit of tlc, tight as a drum and good for another 5000hrs - cracking machine. Working with our other Leica GPS equipped plant on a holiday park redevelopment. Design and Build package, drawn in house.
