So after the success of our first 2 new builds 2 years ago, we have kept the company Burch Prop LTD with our partner within the Burch company we are now in the process of this lovely 4 bed property which will be on the market in the next few weeks so watch this space.

Extension and house renovation now ready for plaster and render💪

After a challenging start, failed ground conditions needing structural details and ground surveys, we ended up installing a sort of mini Pilling system with a ring beam for a footing, then block and beam flooring.

Quick bit of structural work, wall out steel in muscle 💪

After a full house renovation last year,we have just been called back to get the patio area ready for summer! Love repeat customers ❤️

Here we removed the old extension and replaced with a new larger one to extend the kitchen dining area. Removed and moved some walls and doorways inside the property to make the most of this beautiful local property
