After the last few days of brilliant sunshine, I woke this morning full of the joys of Spring!! Finally, the sun has been shining and we all feel so much more alive. When I think of Spring, I hear the birds sing, smell freshly cut grass and feel the warm, cool air on my skin when I am out walking my doggie, Sansha. Now that the sun is getting stronger and the days are longer, it wakes us all up and we feel like we should have a good spring clean to welcome in the summer months!

When I think of spring cleaning, I think of removing all the build-up of debris that has been slowly accumulating on our skin during the winter. Now it’s our ‘Time to Shine’, to glow and wake up our skin to a beautiful fresh plumpness that we have all been missing.

What will it involve?

A Bespoke Skin Analysis is 45 mins long and will include a comprehensive skin examination using photo imaging technology.  We can then delve beneath the skin's surface to identify the root cause of your specific concerns and conditions.  With this knowledge and expert analysis, you will get to know your skin on a deeper level. Remember, ‘A healthy skin is a happy skin’ and my goal is to help you achieve this by empowering you with my many tools, tips, and expert advice.

Understanding your new skin journey will help you to make better decisions leading to POSITIVE SOLUTIONS.

What about the Ultimate Consultation?

This 1 hour consultation is about diving even deeper into your health issues and will include a ‘Finger Prick Blood Test’ to provide detailed insight into your overall health, including the answers to many questions about your skin health.  With the balance test, we can investigate your essential omega 6:3 ratio with six health markers, and you will learn about your cell membrane fluidity, protection value, and so much more.

I was recently up in London visiting the wonderful Vicki for my Annual Colour Boost treatment for my brows. It's a treatment I also offer to my Devon clients back home in Kingsbridge, as it has such fantastic results.

The first photo was me immediately afterwards… yup I thought I'd start my new year with a bra fitting!!!😍. I've wanted to go to for over 30yrs and thought why wait any longer?

What an amazing experience and it truly topped off a fabulous day!

The second photo shows how my brows are now, don't they look amazingly soft and natural? I absolutely love them.

Big News! As you know, I’ve always had a passion for helping people live their best lives. My years training & researching skin health have taught me how important nutrition is to the health of the skin, as well as our physical, emotional & mental health.

I also find that my own health problems have always led me on a journey that then helps me to support my clients too.

During the lockdowns, I made a choice to stop taking many of the nutrition supplements I had been investing in - after all, how did I know they were doing anything for me? We were all in such an uncertain financial situation, I felt I should save money where I could. I then questioned if what I did was right but before I re-invested I wanted to look for a way of proving just exactly what my body needed!

That’s why, in the last 6 months, I’ve been training and researching a more holistic, 360 approach to complete health - which of course includes the skin. I’m very proud to now be working with a great company called ZinZino.
