What a full and beautiful May, with a couple of events to end the month. May started with Bluebell weekend at Deer Wood with, what seemed like continuous rain for weeks, giving way to dry brighter sky. Vibrant monthly session with the addition of retreat bookings and children’s settings. So grateful x

What a blissful collaboration. Thank you to all who joined last night session, always our joy to witness such deep relaxation.

A beautiful watery theme for our Yoga & Sound Modbury Therapy Centre as we released into spring, through intentions, gentle somatic movement, meditation accompanied by the healing sound of ‘La Sirena’ - The Mermaid scale Handpan and Ocean Drum. Waves of breath, movement and sound to stillness.
