THAI CHICKEN TERIYAKI POKE BOWL 🍲

I've had a few people message me about last nights story, so here's all you need to know to try it yourself 👇

1. Add roughly 240g (packet) of mini chicken fillets to a pan and cook until brown.

2. Add teriyaki sauce, drizzle of honey, 1 tbsp of ketjap manis, and 1 chopped garlic clove to the pan.

3. Slice 1 red chilli (leave seeds in) and spring onion for garnish.

4. Add some green beans to the pan and lightly fry until cooked.

5. Plate up along with some Jasmine rice, sprinkle with sesame seeds, and garnish with chilli and spring onion.

Nutrition doesn't have to be dull and boring with the same repetitive foods. Spice up your nutrition and enjoy a wide variety of foods without breaking the bank 🙌

OVEN BAKED BASA FILLETS W/ ITALIAN SAUCE 👨🏽‍🍳

SUPER QUICK !! SUPER EASY !! SUPER TASTY !!

Less than 400Kcal
33g Protein
38g Carb

Minimal ingredients needed for this one ⬇️

In an oven proof dish, add Basa fillets into a preheated oven at 200⁰c.

Add a tin of tomatoes into a frying along with a tsp of olive oil, oregano, and basil. Once heated through, add sauce to the Basa fillets and lightly bake for roughly 20 minutes.

Add to a bed of rice and serve with a pinch of parsley 🐠🍽

READ YOUR LABELS!!

There's massive advertisements and promotions around protein in a whole range of products now. Whether that be shakes, yoghurts, mousse, or chocolate bars, the list goes on.

Protein is essential for muscle growth and recovery. However, where you source your protein is essential!! Ideally, you should adopt a food first approach before supplementing unless you struggle to reach your protein demands.

Take this product, for example, bought from one of the UKs top supermarkets advertising HIGH PROTEIN 35g per 500ml. If you actually look at the nutritional label, you can see that there are more sugars per 100ml than protein (37g total) more than a can of full fat coca cola.

Please read your labels and understand what actually goes into your food rather than jumping straight for the headline !!
