**yoga news** I’m so excited to be back tonight after an epic yoga retreat in the wonderful Morocco. Tonight’s practice will focus on vinyasa flow...a gentle ripple of flowing asana. You’ll warm, tone and stretch almost every muscle. We will enjoy a relaxation practice with focus on visualisation. Booking essential. 715-830pm tonight.
