This week I had the absolute pleasure of creating a first birthday cake for Elijah!

I think childrens cakes might be my fave because you can have so much fun with them! Currently got my daughters birthday cakes baking in the oven so stay tuned for the Toy Story/Paw Patrol combo!

Phew! And relax! Had a mega busy week prepping all this deliciousness for today's summer party for ! We had the bestest time and it was so lovely watching all the little ones have such a nice time! The brief was Victoria Sponge with Biscuit bits and buttercream. Et voila!

Here was have vanilla sponges sandwiched with buttercream and jam, naked buttercream edging, and biscuit, buttercream and chocolate strawberry on top with solid chocolate 30 too!

Some super pretty cupcakes for a Bridal Shower went out the other day! The brief was "Something pretty with Rosy Pinks" and I think we completed it don't you think!

This was a super fun Rocky Road stack covered in chocolate treats for my other half (according to my toddler it's all for her though!).

A milk Chocolate rocky road made with vegetarian Marshmallows, digestive biscuits (no raisens upon request), galaxy minstrels, magic stars, freddo frogs, creme eggs, maltesers and the rest!!!
