1 hour session, groups of 10, all fitness levels welcome.

Good morning all.
In line with the government guidelines I am now taking bookings for one to one outdoors fitness sessions, these will be tailored to your goals. Bookings also being taken for groups of 5 to start later this month for varied outdoor session. Outdoor sessions are a great way to keep for, lose weight and tone up but also get some fresh air and meet like minded people.
