Hello Knaresborough!

We are busy at Cenheard supporting businesses with safety advice and ensuring they are COVID secure!!We’d like to share the ways that Knaresborough is still here for you in these times...

- Knaresborough Connectors are a Community Support Organisation authorised by North Yorkshire County Council to provide support for people in Knaresborough, contact them on 07593882340 or email: [email protected]

- Project Bob (so named in homage to our local hero St Robert) is a mental wellbeing support mission, to help people who are awaiting or receiving therapy for a range of common everyday mental wellbeing issues, they will still be meeting (in-line with government guidance) every Thursday night at 8pm at Gracious Street Church. Contact [email protected]

- Resurrected Bites are providing free home deliveries to anybody in need of a weekly food parcel. Visit www.resurrectedbites.co.uk for more details

- Knaresborough Chamber of Trade is here to support businesses through this time. Contact [email protected]

These organisations are here to help but are also always looking for volunteers so if you’ve got some spare time (I think some of us might) get in touch with them

We have decided to press pause on Knaresborough, Harrogate & Wetherby Delivers.

The support both the customers and businesses need is becoming less and our day jobs are getting busier so this seems like the right time to take a pause.

We would like to thank all of our fantastic customers & wonderful local businesses (and rugby clubs) for the support they have given us. We’ve managed to send over 2000 parcels across the area over the past 4 months with the support of our amazing volunteers and delivery drivers 👏

Local independent businesses still need your support now they are open so please continue to use by shopping local!

It’s certainly been a rollercoaster for us, we have made so many lasting connections in the area and feel proud to have helped so many through this difficult time.
