This customer hadn’t spent anything on their vehicle since before covid. After the car developing a knocking noise they brought it to us for a diagnosis and a vehicle health check. After a timing belt, water pump, major service, rear discs and pads, 4 new tyres and 2 rear shocks the car was back in full working order and back to good health!

We also sourced a wheel refurbishment, an interior and exterior detail and valet and organised delivery and collection of the vehicle.

We’ve had the absolute pleasure of working on this beautiful, classic Scirocco this week! A customer purchased this vehicle and brought it to us for a once over.

On inspection we found the car had a few issues including a leaking carburettor, cracked and perished fuel lines that were leaking onto the exhaust manifold, cracked and perished tyres and loose trim through out the car.

Most of these issues only very minor but the leaking fuel lines could of caused devastating results. All of the issues were fixed and dropped off back to a happy customer!

We were contacted by this customer as their electric windows wouldn’t work. They had a previous diagnosis from another garage and contacted us for our call out services. We located the broken wires and repaired all 3 of them resulting in the window issue being fixed and the vehicle back on the road within a couple of hours!

A customer contacted us with the problem of an oil leak from their vehicle and didn’t feel comfortable using or moving the vehicle until the problem was diagnosed.

We went out to them the same day, diagnosed and fixed the problem of a loose fitting in the top of the steering box. Then we recommended which oil for the customer to purchase to top it back up and the vehicle was back on the road!

This customer contacted us because they thought their radiator had broken as they had steam and water coming out of their bonnet.

We went to the customers address and diagnosed the problem as a broken coolant housing. We ordered the parts and fit them the same day meaning the car was back out on the road!

This customer brought their work van to us, after discovering it was making a couple of noises. As they used the van daily, it was really important the problem was correctly diagnosed and fixed.

It needed a shock absorber and a new spring, as the old one was snapped. A top mount, bearing and lower suspension arm due to a torn bush. The parts were ordered and fitted and the van was back on the road the same week!

This customer contacted us as they were concerned that their vehicle was making noises and they weren’t sure if it was safe to drive or what they were.

We went to the customers house and diagnosed the problem. The parts were ordered and the car was booked in that week.

It needed a Lower Suspension Arm, a Shock Absorber and Two Exhaust Rubbers. We delivered the car back to the customer the next day and the car was back in use.
