I’ve had lots of new followers to my page, “WELCOME” 👋🏼 🙏🏼

My name is Kelly and my life’s mission is to align myself physically, mentally and spiritually to feel the best I possibly can, whilst helping other women to do the same.

I spent many years not liking who I was, how I looked or believing in myself, this led me to very destructive habits, restrictive eating, excessive behaviour and generally maxing myself out.

After having my second daughter, I totally lost who I was, I didn’t have the time or energy to control my eating and so I decided to learn how to nourish myself properly and began to have PT sessions, I felt so empowered by losing my mummy tummy and started to see my body changing shape, I’d started studying to change my career, decided to get a coach and began training for my first bikini competition!

I had some huge successes come from making these changes, I’d finally got a hold on my body, won my first bikini competition and life was going pretty well.

After my last competition prep, I never quite recovered, I’d suffered with my hormones since I was a teenager, my gut since I was very young, to cut a long story short I spent so long abusing my body over the years and I knackered my hormones, my gut was in a state, my immune system started attacking itself and quite frankly I had a whole host of very unpleasant symptoms.

Fast forward to now, I’m so grateful for my journey, I’m almost fixed, I feel the best I’ve felt in years and I can honestly say that during the tough times, being able to support my body with nutrition and training has been immense but showing up to help other women achieve their Best Version Yet and make sustainable changes to their life, absolutely fills me with joy.

There is no magic 🪄 when it comes to achieving the body and mind which are going to fuel your confidence and lifestyle, just the know how and support to succeed.

We are by no means finished here but I wanted to explain how you can make some confidence boosting changes in a short space of 9 weeks.

When my client came to me, she wasn’t in a great place, she had gone through a divorce 2 years prior, hitting peri-menopause and having thyroid issues.

She didn’t have a fantastic relationship with food and had previously made some extreme choices (as most of us have, at some point) in regards to diet and exercise, all in the name of looking good.

She was also struggling to lose weight, nothing was working anymore, she had lost sight of who she was and had hit a brick wall.

She had no way out, or so she thought…

In the last 9 weeks:

- 4.4kg down in weight 📉
- Been consistent with her training and nutrition (NOT PERFECT) 👌🏼
- Awareness of habitual eating/drinking cycles 🔁
- Allowing herself to eat things she enjoys and not just things she knows are good for her 🍰
- Tracking all her own food, with daily protein goal 🍲
- Had nights out with the girls drinking alcohol 🍸

I remember at the start of my journey in, March 2019, I’d look at how other girls had grown a bum and changed their bodies, thinking It’ll take me ages to achieve that!!

I made the decision to make a start and took it one day at a time, 4.5 years later, the only time I look back is to see how far I’ve come.

Client G has achieved an 8lbs weight loss in a short 8 week sprint.

Taking to the gym 3 times per week, tidying up her nutrition and the biggest thing… was reducing her alcohol intake, whilst still enjoying the odd glass or two at the weekend.

Over the rainbow, my little friend goes.

13 years together, with the most amazing memories, walks, sunsets, giggles, pregnancies, hard times, fun times.

You were such a chihuahua at heart and very misunderstood by many but we totally, got each other, so loyal and always my best friend.

Thank you for always giving me nothing but unconditional love and support and barking at absolutely anyone and anything, I will miss you forever but know you’ll always have a special place in my heart.

My own goals for 2024

I never really talk much about my own personal goals and there’s a reason for this…

Since 2021 I have been working on my own health, which has had to take priority over anything else. It’s also meant that any plans to do anything physically challenging was a NO!

I’m in a really good place now and I’m coming towards the end of fixing my health 🤞🏼.

2024 already feels different and so I’m planning to start picking up the pace a bit!

The year of the comeback ✌🏼❤️

- Make more memories with my girls
- Grow my shoulders, glutes and quads
- Help as many people as humanly possible to level up and feel empowered
- Work towards spiritual alignment
- Continue to work on my mindset
- Scale my business
- Travel more and to at least 1 new country
- Get the all clear on my health

🌟 Transformation Spotlight: Meet Laura! 🌟

How my client Jodie was able to lose weight without restrictive eating or missing out on social occasions.

As someone who once loved exercise, when Jodie came to me she had lost her mojo, gained weight and she is also menopausal!

She was feeling frustrated, which is when her partner stepped in and signed her up to join my programme.

Jodie had always used exercise as a means to keep her body in check but the menopause changed everything and nutrition is something she had never really considered.

We started with a programme designed specifically for Jodie. To fit in with her life without restriction or dieting using my 3M Method, it took some time for her to notice changes but it once the body had time to adjust metabolically and hormonally, the results just kept coming.

Embarking on a TRANSFORMATION, Dean’s 15-week journey was a combination of resilience, dedication, and learning to overcome the pain points that, often accompany the journey of achieving your goals. 🏋️‍♂️ Dean was once in the relentless grind of doing HIIT 6 days a week and existing on a mere 1400kcal/day, Dean’s story is a testament to the power of a strategic mindset shift and ex*****on, when you have the tools and knowhow.
