Our Story

ProPole Fitness has been run by Liam Tipping since 2017. We keep our class sizes small, 2 people per pole, with a maximum of 8 people in a class, so we can personalise our lesson content to your needs and goals. All our classes are mixed level and we welcome people of all backgrounds, shapes and sizes. There are no fitness requirements to get started in pole & aerial!
