I’m so happy to say that I am open again after the maintenance work in the shop! From this week I will be opening on a Thursday until 6pm instead of 5pm.
I’m very excited to see you all in the next coming weeks.
Don’t forget I don’t do just bookings on a Saturday but can still take appointments if needed.

Just to let everyone know who I haven’t managed to tell in person, the shop will be closed for 2 weeks from the 3rd of August - 17th August due to maintenance work.

I will be open on Saturday the 3rd and I will be open on Saturday the 17th. It will just be the days in between it will be shut.

I am available for mobile haircuts. If you contact the shop number or message me on facebook I can book you in.

Good afternoon.
As we’ve all said our congratulations and our goodbyes to Laura I thought I would say hello as Millie 👋🏼
I just want to say thank you to everyone who has been in so far and given me nothing but love and support you have all been amazing.
Unfortunately not the best first post from myself but I wanted to let you all know on the 24th of July 2024 we will be laying my late grandfather in law to rest so the shop will be closed on Wednesday the 24th and Thursday the 25th!

I will be open Tuesday/Friday/Saturday it will just be the Wednesday and Thursday closed!

Also a little add on Saturdays now will be walk ins as well as bookings if needed!

So as you all know this week was suppose to be my last week at work - but my gorgeous little boy has had other plans🥰
He was born yesterday, Wednesday 10th July at 11:06am weighing 5lbs and 6oz. He couldn’t wait any longer to meet his mummy & daddy!

Freddie Stephen Goldthorpe🩵

Due to him coming early, me & Freddie have to stay in the hospital potentially for 3 weeks now, So unfortunately I will not be returning to work & my maternity leave has already started.

By the end of the week, me and Millie will have hopefully got everything in place for her to take over & she will now be your new barber & owner of Bh Barbers!✂️

Once things have completed (we’re hoping by Saturday) I will no longer be the admin of this page & I will also no longer have the shop phone number so when messaging just remember it will now be Millie you are speaking to ☺️

I just want to say a MASSIVE MASSIVE thank you to all my customers who have supported me, been loyal to me & those that have become my friends along the 7 years I have worked at Bh Barbers (of course owning it for 5) I honestly will miss you all & the conversations we all had!
I always said we were one big disfunctional family😅 you have all been truly amazing to me & I will forever be grateful to you all for making my business succeed!
You may see me again in the future one day! Who knows👀

If anyone would like to send any messages, you all have until Saturday until I will no longer be able to read them!☺️

I know a few of my customers have had gifts etc to give to me & baby boy, just pass them on to Millie and she can drop them off with my family🥰

So as most of you now know, next week will be my last week of work before I leave for maternity! How fast has that come round🤭

Now, I will be in work next week but for a very limited time - I still need to look after myself & baby after the scare we had last weekend.

I will be working Wednesday, Thursday & Friday but ONLY doing 2pm - 4pm.

My Saturday appointments next week are still to go ahead, so I will see you all then.

Please make sure to pop in to come & see me for one last hair cut! Even if you do not need it cutting, it would be nice to see you before I go and so I get to say my good byes!🫶🏼

If anything is to change in the meantime, I will post an update & of course Millie will also be able to tell you 😊

Afternoon everyone!

I just wanted to let my customers know that I am now out of hospital but unfortunately I will not be in the shop this week due to what’s been going on. I will have more of an update for all my customers come the end of the week.

The update you’ve all been waiting for!

So it is with a heavy heart & I’m sad to let you all know that a couple of months ago I decided to sell my business. This wasn’t an easy decision to make, in fact it’s been one of the hardest but in the end it is the right one for me & my family.

The person that will be taking over Bh Barbers is called Millie. She will be joining me in the shop from tomorrow, Wednesday 12th June until she fully takes over. Not only will she be helping me out massively before I leave, it will also give her & yourselves the chance to get to know one another☺️

MY LAST WORKING DAY IN THE SHOP WILL BE SATURDAY 13TH JULY!! Only 5 more weeks left of work!!!!😬👶🏼

I hope all my customers have had a lovely Christmas & Happy New Year!

Unfortunately I have been extremely unwell throughout the Christmas period. I caught a really nasty virus that has left me bed bound since 29th December. With this being said, I do not want to be spreading this to my customers. It could be life threatening to the elderly.

I will not be opening up tomorrow & I will have to keep you all informed as to when I will be coming back to work. Hopefully towards the end of the week🤞🏼
