Suspended ceiling installed this week with rockwool insulation laid above and fire boards fitted.
Few boards taken off ready for sparky to get some wiring done for some spot lights fitted.
Next stage starting tomorrow

Couple jobs completed last week.
1... stud walls ready for 1st fix plumbers and sparky.
2... few 1930s style doors fitted with a beautiful black round style handles.

A suspended floor installed this week. Insulated with 100mm Kingspan (no picture) ready for decking on Tuesday and a couple stud walls to be built. Photos to follow.

New one for me this week.

With a few visits to the customer and a couple sketches I think we managed to get there in the end.

Removal of existing wall and clear out,
Then to install the 4 bespoke areas.

1... stand up storage cupboard (far left)
2... oak seated area with coat hangers at the back and 2 slide out draws underneath.
3... storage for a coat rail and shelving above.
4... slide out shoe rack

Had the brain thinking this one did but really enjoyed it.

First two pictures are the previous flooring that we took up due to previous joiners putting the flooring down with no expansion gap.
Soon as a bit of water hit it the flooring bowed in the middle.
Out with the old in with new.
Like for like flooring just now with an expansion gap and floorbeading over the top.

Was a good graft yesterday for a nice steady Friday morning.

So we designed a new overhead storage with a cheeky wine rack tucked behind and a side shelving unit attatched.

We took this bungalow and installed new attic trusses and 2 huge dormas turning a bungalow into an upstairs living space.

Look out in the next couple of weeks, a new set of traditional roofs.
