Freeland House

The Brief was simple, a family house of unashamedly traditional appearance with space for reading, relaxing and entertaining. The scale of the house is immediately apparent once you enter the front door which opens onto a classically inspired two-storey entrance hall with an elegant timber staircase. From this hall access can be gained to an informal living room which looks across the central garden, a large modern kitchen, the family room and the games room for all the normal daily activities of a family. The first floor accommodates the master bedroom with ensuite shower room and dressing area, two further bedrooms with ensuite showers whilst two other bedrooms have access to the family bathroom. The second floor contains two guest bedrooms set within the roofline and arranged either side of a gallery.
