Beechwood WMC FC are back in action this week after a break last week, they travel to Durkar FC. Durkar are coming off a narrow loss in the league to Fryston so they are sure to be a stiff test.

The visitors are still unbeaten in 2023 and they will want to carry on with their good form. Meeting time will be around 1pm for any fans wanting to travel with the team.

Beechwood WMC FC host West end terriers FC in the biggest game of the season so far, both teams are seen as big favourites for the league so everything is to play for in the 11th game which signals half way in the campaign.

Both teams have the same record in league so far but the home team are 3 points above due to the terriers losing 3 points for fielding an eligible player.

Home support has been the 12th man on The Rein this season and with a couple of Key players missing they will be looking for all the support they can get to lift them to victory and stay top of the league.

Beechwood WMC FC Vs Durkar FC

Beechwood are back on the Rein this week and will be hoping to carry on their good recent form against early contenders Durkar FC. Durkar are also on good form that leaves them 3 points away from the top of the table.

The lads will be hoping for their ever growing support to help push them over the line against the fellow title challengers.

FC Rothwell Vs Beechwood WMC FC

Beechwood take one of their shortest trips to an away game in a Leeds Derby against FC Rothwell. They isn’t many all Leeds games in the Wakefield and District League so they will be a lot of pride at stake in this one.

Rothwell came up as champions from Divison One last year and have had a good start to life in the Premier Divison with 4 wins out of their first 7 games. Beechwood are unbeaten in 8 and will hope to carry on that good form this Saturday at 2pm. The team will be leaving the Beechwood WMC around 12:30pm if anybody wants to come along to support.

Beechwood WMC FC travel to Royston this week hoping to complete in style. Going into this month Beechwood had lost 2 of their first 3 games but October has been a good month for the lads with 3 wins and 1 draw.

Royston will be confident of ruining the fun as they have started the season very well and are on a 3 game winning streak.

The boys are meeting at Beechwood at 1pm if you want to follow the lads on their journey!

Another 3 points on the board for Beechwood WMC FC.

Beechwood found theirselves 2-1 down at half time and 3-1 down in the second half but a solid performance from the lads earnt them 3 points and back to back wins in the Wakefield premier division.

Goals from Macca, Ryan Harwood and an own goal secured the points. They will be a few sore legs tonight and they was a lot of good performances today but Ellis Halligan got the nod for Man of the match.

Beechwood WMC FC start their campaign in the Wakefield Premier Division with an away game against Polonia Yorkshire FC. Polonia are a well organised outfit who came a respectable 5th last season and will be a good test for Beechwood in their return to the Wakefield & District League.
