One thing I will say is if you don’t struggle in your workouts you’re not training hard enough to force adaptations to your body

A lot of people see transformation results at the end, the photo, the weight that’s been lost in one post

We're all okay with overindulging and eating until we can't breathe but as soon as the tables are turned and we have to be in a calorie deficit to lose weight we can't somehow control our emotions and actions
There's a few tips and tricks I teach my clients to manage hunger hormones, how battle the inner cravings and feel more satiated. The main thing is being able to substitute treats for healthier options that are beneficial for you
