Foot 🦶 Points to work on for stress. These points may be painful if you are stressed (understandable at the moment) but if you can tolerate it- use firm pressure for 5 seconds then release. Repeat a few times and relax!

The thyroid and pineal gland are part of the endocrine system-I’ve seen a lot of clients recently with Hashimotos disease AKA under active thyroid and these areas on the foot ( pineal gland and thyroid) have been worked a lot!
