UPDATE

Hi everyone! Unfortunately we won't be in the Crossgates Shopping Centre on the run up to Christmas now as they are restricting us to selling only bath bombs and absolutely nothing else. We kept quiet before as they refused to refund our deposit and rent we paid to rent mall space if we spoke out on social media about why we left the centre a few months ago.

We were essentially forced out of the centre by management - citing that we could only sell bath bombs and nothing else (even though none of our other products we sell are actively sold in the centre and we had it cleared by centre management before we opened the mall kiosk). This was, according to centre management, due to a particular tenant within the centre complaining about us selling the products we always have done (most of you will know exactly who this was).

So - if you're wanting a Scentiments fix, you can pop and see us in the shop at our workshop, or we offer local deliveries when ordering via our website...

PS. If you're thinking of opening a kiosk in the centre on the run up to Christmas, they'll want to put you outside Iceland for £600 per week plus VAT 😉
