New VW T6.1 in for rear view camera
Also Webasto diesel heater, split charge system with 110amp leisure battery
We added a couple of 12 volt power sockets and led lights
And a 240 volt mains hook up set up with all the space available under the two front seats taken

Not something we normally get involved with but a reach out from a customer for help prompt us to go in and have a look
2019 Ford Transit Custom
Was in to a camper converts and the supplier of the pop top had production problems and it was some time from been stripped out to getting the roof fitted
In this time a rat had made its home in the vehicle and along with chewing up the trims had also chewed through the airbag module wiring and the handbrake wiring
With more investigation the vehicle would not start or turn over and a dashboard full of flashing lights
After removing the lower dashboard trims we found some small remains of plastic insulation from cables
Removing the body module showed more wires damaged and a little further up into the back of the dashboard another white plug wire more damaged cables
All pins removed, repaired and refitted
New battery installed and the fuel system bled and the vehicle started up first go
All fault codes cleared on the first go and the vehicle was go to be finished off by the converter

Building a mobile workshop
Customer came to use looking to convert the rear of the vehicle into a mobile workshop for repairs and maintenance of there customers equipment
Using a 12volt hydraulic press and a 12volt cutting saw
Heavy duty power cables installed behind the panelling with a split charge system also installed
A low voltage cut off to stop both press and saw when the battery voltage drops below working voltage
Three extra long LED strip lights on the roof along with a interior work light added
Exterior we have both front and rear amber flashing lights and work beacon on the roof
Another work at the rear of the vehicle
Added security also added including alarm and immobiliser
Rear view reversing camera in the rear brake light
This vehicle will be coming back in to have a run lock system and diesel heater

New VW T6.1 for audio upgrade
Keeping the factory fitted radio but replacing front speakers with Audison and adding some in the rear, we had to use the rears in this position as someone had put some 4” here when it was trimmed out for the customer
The re wired to the front’s speakers so we re wired them to the amp and programmed the fader on the radio
Adding an Audison five channel DSP power amplifier under the passenger seat and a Audison 10” sub and custom box under the driver seat
Also added to this set up is a hi definition Bluetooth module to take streaming direct from your phone to the amplifier,cutting out going through the radio, to give you a better sound and a separate volume controller added to the side of the drivers seat
Fully set up for the drivers listening experience

New 2023 Toyota Hilux
Upgraded both front and rear speakers along with a four channel power amplifier
Also added two rear led lights to help with reversing
Lazar led lights in the grill and a upgrade on the poor factory horn to something a lot better

A couple of new VW T6.1 in for front fog light adding and a VW T6 in for the same

Brand new 2023 Land Rover Defender V8 in for VTag transponder immobiliser
As per request of the customers insurance company

This was for the RS4 V8 engine we wired up in the T5 Transporter

New VW T6.1 Combi in for an audio upgrade
Audison 6” components with separate tweeters up front
Audison 6” in the rear using our VTune 6” angled collars
Audison 10” sub woofer and custom box under the drivers seat and power amplifier under the passenger one
Rear speakers running from the factory radio
Fronts and sub woofer from the power amplifier
Fader programmed on the factory radio
Finished with our own seat base boards

Not something people always want to add to there pride and joy
But vehicle theft has risen dramatically over the last few years it’s now becoming more important than ever
Whether it’s to a Porsche Carrera or a Peugeot camper van these devices are more than ever a must to help against car crime and to get a speedy recovery and hopefully lead to an arrest.

The top 10 vehicles recovered are dominated by Range Rovers but everyday vehicles like Ford Fiestas, Fiat 500 and VW Transporter’s are just as popular with thieves.

To be used mostly as a day van but with added pop top
We added a 110amp Liesure battery and tray along with a split charge system
Also added a 240volt hook up with a 3000watt power inverter and extra lights and speakers in the rear
Westfellia detachable tow bar and VW spec 13 pin electrics

An assortment of road sweepers and grabbers now up to date with the latest Dash Cams systems

These are some of the most stolen vehicles in the UK

New VW Crafter in for Webasto Airtop 2000STC with the Webasto Thermocall add on Diesel powered night heater with the standard Rotary controller for normal use
But with the Thermocall add on now has full control on the customer smartphone
Warm up the cab while having your cornflakes
As an added bonus the Thermocall can be used to track the vehicles whereabouts

Rear view camera and tow fitted to a VW T6
When the tow bar electrics are plugged into this option turns off the rear parking sensors and shows you there is a caravan or trailer plugged in on the screen
