📢 Service Update! Due to funding reductions affecting Leeds Survivor Led Crisis Service (LSLCS), we've adjusted our schedule starting April 1st.

🕓 New hours:

· Wednesday: NorthPoint Well-being, 4pm-10pm
· Thursday: Dial House, 4pm-10pm (Referrals: 4pm-8:30pm)

We will no longer be open on a Monday night, though we are extending our hours on the remaining nights, to provide space for a more social atmosphere based on your positive feedback.

We show we care about you by listening, being non judgemental, seeing the unique you and understanding you are not broken but struggling to find a way through at the moment. A couple of weeks ago Safe Zone and Teen Connect visited Youth Watch Leeds to get young peoples views on how to get the word out about Safe Zone, what would be important to share in a video and ways we might be able to improve the service giving us valuable insight into barriers young people face when trying to access services. We had such a great time and really appreciated the feedback and looking to utilise as much as we can. Thank you so much Youth Watch Leeds your input has given us lots of valuable information to think about. Keep your eyes peeled for a Safe Zone Video coming soon.

What do you do to manage how you feel? Distractions such as playing bird games with friends or family can be useful giving time for the emotions or thoughts you are struggling with to change or slip into the background for example and can also help to reduce feelings of loneliness or isolation.
