CROSS GATES YOGA starts back on Monday January 8th at 7:20pm.

It’s a friendly, welcoming yoga class of all ages and abilities on Monday evenings in the lovely, spacious hall at the Newman Centre (next to St Theresa’s Church) in Cross Gates.

Exciting news- I have a new yoga class!
Vinyasa Flow with Inversions Play - Fridays 10:45-11:45 at Shadwell Studio.
Each week we’ll focus on an inversion such as headstand, handstand and forearm stand, building strength and mobility in the flow and then working on or towards the pose.
Playful, fun and suitable for beginners, if you’re free Friday mornings please come along ✨
(You don’t need to be able to do inversions to enjoy the class!)
