Another job finished. Single storey side extension with cellar conversion and part refurb creating 6 bed HMO from a 3 bed. Some hard work went into this one especially in the cellar where it was chest deep in mud to clear out but we got there. Lovely finish again onto the next one…

Another finished project, 6 bed HMO conversion in armley Leeds. 3 en-suite bedrooms 1 house bathroom with shared living room and kitchen. Full turnkey project from the rip out, new roof, upgraded insulation throughout right to the last brush of paint done within budget and on time. Happy customer and a job well done 👍🏼

What a transformation. Lots of pictures but here’s the progress in reverse from our latest finished project.
This 6 bed 6 en-suite HMO has had a new roof, all new windows and doors, full cellar conversion with lightwells, full re wire, new central heating system, 6 shower rooms, all new fire door casings, doors and woodwork, new modern kitchen, plastering, flooring and painting.
All done within timescale and budget.

Extension job and garden landscaped and tiled in castleford we did recently. Job well done

Internal walls removed external door and window bricked up to add extra space in the kitchen. Room fully skimmed and new kitchen installed.

Bathroom renovation complete.

Old suite removed, walls taken back to brick, plaster boarded skimmed and new suite installed with sensor plinth lights 🤩.

Also installed new combi boiler.

Full length rear dormer adding 2 more bedrooms and a bathroom. We did a hip to gable loft conversion on this job with some tricky steelwork. Job well done 👍🏼

Our biggest project to date, large rear extension and total remodel of this detached bungalow. Over 15 RSJs installed, 2 bathrooms and a top of the range kitchen supplied and installed. All solid oak doors, engineered random oak flooring and fully plastered throughout. Job well done
