🌟 Introducing Sakku Pinoy! 🌟

At Sakku Pinoy, our menu is a celebration of the rich diversity in Filipino cuisine, showcasing dishes you won't often find in the Filipino dining scene. We drew inspiration from our history, particularly the Spanish influence that has shaped our culture and cuisine over the past 400 years.

One standout example is our seafood paella, a dish deeply rooted in Spanish tradition. While paella is a well-known Spanish feast dish, its adaptation into Filipino cuisine is often overlooked. Our version, inspired by classic Valencian paella, is a testament to our heritage and the expertise of our kitchen director, who brings decades of Spanish culinary experience to the table.

Our ‘Kaning Dagat’—Filipino seafood paella—features the freshest seafood available, including red jumbo prawns, cod cheeks, mussels, clams, and squid, all cooked in a rich, flavorful stock. This dish is a true sensory feast, transporting you straight to the Philippine seaside.

This Filipino-style Paelya perfectly exemplifies the fusion of Spanish influences with our local flavors and cultural heritage, offering a delicious glimpse into our rich culinary history.

A traditionally Kapampangan dish served with pork jowl, ears and snout, our slightly lighter version features pork belly, diced onions, delicately spiced with chili, and calamansi, and finished with an egg. Served on a sizzling plate, of course.

A Filipino street food and karinderya staple, it’s a favourite all over the country and represents the indulgent side of our food culture that says ‘f**k it’ to the amount of fat and cholesterol and just dig in.

‘Pancit’ - a general word used to refer to the numerous amounts of noodle dishes in Filipino cuisine which varies from region, ingredients, types of noodles, and method of cooking.

The almost countless variations of ‘pancit’, to me, reflects the diversity and history of Filipino cuisine. As we’re known to have rice with everything, people often overlook how crucial Pancit is to complete any sort of Filipino feast. Everyone has memories of the type of Pancit they had growing up or have had, and almost each one ever so slightly different.

These are our versions of probably the two most famous Pancit dishes - Pancit Canton and Pancit Palabok

‘Canton’ - stir fried egg and glass noodles with mixed seasonal veggies, grilled chicken and prawns

‘Palabok’ - glass rice noodles, pork mince and prawn gravy, squid, more prawns, pork scratchings, and egg, dried tinapa flakes
