- Minimum 2 years of experience working within the drainage industry operating Jet-Van units and completing CCTV Survey’s.
- U.K. Driving Licence (Max 6 Points)
- Valid CSCS Card Preferred.
- Willing to work out of hours if and when required.
- Willing to cover weekends on a rota basis.
- Be a team player with a ‘problem solving’ approach to work.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand Dr Drainage’s market presence.
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company growth objectives.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and potential areas for growth.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create effective promotional strategies.
- Prepare and present proposals, quotations, and presentations to potential clients.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements to maximize profitability.
- Monitor and report on sales performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking activities to represent Dr Drainage and generate leads.

REQUIREMENTS:

- Proven experience as a Business Development Manager or in a similar sales role, preferably within the drainage, plumbing, or construction industry.
- Strong understanding of market dynamics and customer needs in the drainage sector.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain lasting relationships with clients.
- Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.

For the last 10 days of Ramadan, the Dr Drainage & Forecourt Construction Services teams will be dedicating our evenings to handing out food packages to the Homeless and less fortunate within the local Leeds & Bradford area.

Ramadan is a time for reflection, gratitude, and charity, and we request that if you can support our cause, then we would greatly appreciate it.

We are setting an aim of £2,500. Which would approximately enable us to hand out food packages to at least 250 people that are living on the streets of our local areas or struggling to pay for food given the daily rising costs.

God willing we manage to reach our target, any donation would be greatly appreciated.
