🔷 Having conducted a full site service and survey for a new client of ours the first visit showed numerous drainage faults including a mass build up of roots in the down steam manholes causing a major risk of flooding.

We have been able to remove 90% of the roots and restore the flow of water however further works are needed to remove the large tap root and prevent further root ingress. The rest of the site has now been put on a regular PPM service to prevent further issues.

🔷 Some recent repair works carried out in our local area of pudsey after a leak detection found numerous ingress points from the gully’s and rest bends causing flooding in the basement.

Once excavated we always conduct a CCTV inspection downstream to check for further faults. There was a large displaced joint also causing water ingress and due to the location being underneath the porch we were lucky able to patch line it.

🔷 Site handover HPWJ & surveys completed for two valued clients of ours ensuring the drainage systems are clear and no defects ready to pass over to there clients.

Loads of sediments and building materials have been cleared from the lines and one defect was found which has now been fixed just in time for the handover.

🔷 High level gutter clearances completed over the past week for our commercial and residential customers along with some patch repairs to minimise further structural damage to there drainage systems.

These sites have now been put on a regular service to prevent internal flooding and leaks caused by caused by a lack of maintenance to the gutters.

🔷 Emergency reactive call out to a development in town due a block internal down pipe which was causing mass internal flooding in heavy rain.

Once we were able to find the internal stack which was heavily boxed in over 5 floors we could then diagnose where the blockage was.

CCTV survey found 50mm screws had been used to connect the pipes together which were causing sediments to catch and block.

These have now been removed and a new section installed followed by a flow test to ensure the system is back to full flow and leak free.

🔷 A few reactive call outs today for some valued clients of ours after they was experiencing emergency drainage issues.

Both of the sites (Bradford & Nottingham) had similar issues with the main systems having blockages causing the drains to be out of order. We were able to clear the lines and get the sites back up to full flow without causing disruption to their customers.

🔷 A emergency call out to a recent customer of ours The Man Behind The Curtain as they were suffering flooding in the basement kitchens.

After the initial investigation to find where the blockage was and where the internal pipes were flowing we found a manhole full of rubble in the neighbouring basement. The rubble build up is thought to have been caused by rodents tunnelling from the main sewers and dragging sediments back.

HPWJ & cctv survey was then conducted to get the Michelin star restaurant back up and running just in time.

3X 150mm patch liner have been installed preventing severe fractures turn into collapses, also a faulty pump has been removed and a new one is to be installed.

🔷 Full site HPWJ, survey & report carried out at a newly constructed medical centre in Leeds ready for the building handover.

Once we opened the lids at this site it was clear a lot of jetting was needed to get the lines up to full flow.

Mass amounts of rubble/objects were left within the drains from the building works and have now all been cleared. A drain was also found to not be connected to the main line, thankfully we spotted this in time and has now been put right. Full survey,report and site map has been completed and with the customer the same day.

🔷 Full site service at St Joseph’s in Pudsey clearing the whole site of sediment build up over the years and restoring full flow to the drainage system.

Once all the lines had been HPWJ and cleared of sediments we then conducted a CCTV survey which found root ingress within one of the lines, this was then removed with our root cutter and a regular service plan has now been put in place.

🔷 Full site survey, report and Jet completed for a UPS delivery centre to get there drainage systems back to full flow and diagnose any faults.

Mass amounts of sediment build up was blocking the drains up to 60% and have now all been jetted and removed from the lines.
Many defects were also found such as severe fractures/ displacements and a faulty pump. Rehabilitation works have now been booked in to solve these issues.

🔷 Recent service works carried out for Zaap Thai Street Food and Sukhothai sites to keep their drainage systems running and worry free.

Large amounts of F.O.G (fat,oil, grease) have been HPWJ and removed from the lines. The scale build up was restricting the flow in the pipes and have now all been fully restored.

We also got a taste of the new menu at Sukhothai and would highly recommend their Thai cuisine 👌🏼

🔷 A handover CCTV survey and report was conducted at Priesthorpe school following recent building works.

Whilst doing the survey we found a buried manhole and other structural problems which how now been fixed before the handover is complete.

The report was then finalised and with the client the same day.
