We recently repaired this customer's car by replacing the TSOV (Turbine Shut Off Valve). A customer reported an error message which pointed to issues with the vacuum actuation and TSOV. We identified a split pipe causing vacuum loss. We attempted to mend the pipe and do what we could with MitiVac and WD40, but ultimately, replacing the TSOV proved the most effective solution for fully restoring the vehicle's performance. We recently undertook a job replacing the rear differential pinion seal on a Range Rover Sport, only to find that the carrier bearings were also worn. Although these bearings aren't available separately from Land Rover, we didn't let that stop us. After sourcing our own, we successfully fitted the new bearings and pinion seal before rebuilding and refitting the diff - no more noises or pesky leaks! A stolen recovered #Discovery5 in at our Wetherby branch. The little toe rags have cut some of the wiring and co axial cables in the roof, damaging the headlining in the process. Removed the headlining in preparation for the wiring phase. Just need some parts now........ We are looking for another technician to join our Leeds Branch. Customer complained that the engine seemed to be losing power and there was general lack of performance. Our technicans found this exhaust valve to have broken off and the exhaust gases were forcing the flap to shut and suffocate itself.
