This gorgeous little man was named after the song “Hey Jude” and some of the lyrics are on the sign on the background. Funny thing is his mummy had bought the sign years before he was born! So it had to be included in his birthday shoot! 🎂 🎉 🎁

I have been learning all about newborn studio photography for the last few months, including safety, lighting, wrapping, posing, how to set up a little home studio (thanks to my husband Jonny for his help there!) and I will be adding it to my list of services soon!

I have decided to stick to what I know and love, so my style will be simple and natural, baby led with very minimal posing. I used natural light for these but I do have extra lighting as a back up for darker days!

I will be doing some model calls in September/October so if you know any pregnant ladies that are due around that time and might be interested, please let them know! Thank you so much Gemma Walkin for letting me borrow Darcie, such a gorgeous and happy little girl!
