Currently pictures with r1 calipers but these will be removed and stock calipers fitted before sale

CBR1000RR-R SP in for a few jobs last week. We removed the standard brake lines and bypassed the ABS pump using helperformance.com brake lines. Standard road gear shift pattern was reversed to 'race shift'. It was then ran in on the dyno as it was a new bike, and the following was modified in the stock ecu:

Top speed limiter removed
Gearing changed to 15/43
02 sensor disabled
EVAP fault code disabled
Pair Valve disabled

Tyre sizes modified. As this bike is been used on track we input the Dunlop KR106/108 tyre sizes vs lean angle and speed so the traction control still works as it should. Just to be clear on that the tyre size changes with lean angle and also expands at higher velocities.

GSXR1000 L8 superbike head in for valve seats cutting. Some one has had a go before. If you look at two of the pics you can see the cutter has removed the black marker pen and not touched the other side where the marker remains. Theyve not been cut evenly. All fixed now 👍

Bit more work on the Aprilia RS660 on the dyno this afternoon. ECU flashed, stock quick shifter reversed in the ecu so now works in race shift without any aftermarket sensor, indvidual cylinder mapping for the fueling etc. Bit more tuning work to do next week but its looking good so far. Video in the comments

ZX10R in earlier this week on the dyno. With this one we changed all 3 power modes to full power and put three different throttle maps into them essentially making less aggressive options to make it easier to drive off a corner. Fuelling and ignition mapped aswell as autoblipper smoothed out. Making a healthy 196bhp at the wheel!

That's the 765 all mapped up. Fair bit of work gone into this one. 765RS motor installed in a Gen 3 675 chassis. K-Tech Suspension DDS fork kit, shock and steering damper installed along with a linear shock linkage. MHP Exhausts decat exhaust system with titanium link pipe and silencer. Modified wiring harness with Delta 700 ecu to allow the complete abs system to be removed and unlimited adjustability of fueling, ignition, throttle, engine braking, dual maps, pit limiter etc etc. Live mapping on the dyno so much better than ecu flashing 😂. helperformance.com scooter stlye rear brake and lines. Probably a few bits I've missed but should be a great bike on track 👌A few little jobs to finish when off the dyno, dymag wheels and few more trick bits and it's good to go

New Aprilia RS660 in for race prep for this season. First we will be running the bike in on our dyno first then adding a full Akrapovic exhaust system and a custom ecu remap. Suspension will be upgraded with K-Tech Suspension DDS shock and IDS cartridge kit. Will update with more build pics and info as this progresses.

A couple of R1s in this for the final week of 2023!. One brandnew 2023 bike in for running in, mapping, track conversion etc and a 2019 bike in for full engine refresh along with a bit of engine tuning for more power!

Last week we were invited down to K-Tech Suspension LTD for their race product training day. The day was spent looking at the new TRDS forks and shock as well as the existing DDS products.

As a Ktech approved service centre we can supply and fit any of these products used for racing as well as their products aimed at Road riding, Off road or Adventure etc etc.

2018 Honda fireblade in for HRC kit electronics setup. As well as fueling we worked on torque control maps for quickshifter and blipper throttle opening % to make the gearbox as smooth as possible. Over 195bhp on stock rev limiter this is one fast fireblade 🚀🚀🚀
