I’ve met even more amazing new clients this week. I love that even though it’s our first meet, we can chat like we’ve known each other for ages. I think you having the goods out probably breaks down a lot of barriers, right from the get go! 😂

I really do think one of my superpowers is making you feel comfortable, in what should be an uncomfortable situation. But basically I’m a bit of a kn****ad, and I promise I will make you laugh. 😜

I also like to think of your wax appointment as sort of therapy. I mean, you’re getting your f***y out to me so telling me your secrets becomes pretty easy!

Now, I’m no therapist, but like you all, I’ve had tough times mingled in with the good. That’s life isn’t it - it can’t always be amazing and it can’t always be awful. We have challenges and we get through them. The negatives help us appreciate the positives.

I know I’ve been a sounding board for loads of my clients, I love being able to take on that role. Sometimes you need someone who knows none of your people for you to offload on. I like being that person! Plus I’ve had enough drama that I actually feel like I give good advice 🤣, particularly when it comes to narcisstic idiots!

I love that sometimes, my clients have also been a sounding board for me. We all have crap in our lives and women are so good at talking about it. We know we need other women to help us make sense of it all.

So I just wanted to remind my clients that if you want to talk, then my salon is a safe space. I deliberately give you 30 mins for your appointment even though we’re usually done in 15 mins. I don’t want you to feel rushed and sometimes you just need to talk. I would totally rather we chewed the cud. than I wax you in silence. Never mind you, but I would be totally freaked out if we both didn’t talk! 😂

If you come for a wax and your negative emotions are ruling the roost, then please just let them out. I can promise you will feel better from just letting them out than keeping them stored up.

I’ll just try take any rage I have out in my waxing. You won’t know the difference either way 🤣🤣🤣

I recommend 4-6 weeks between waxes, it all depends on your growth cycle as everyone is different.

If you keep up with waxing over the years you will see a huge difference in what hair grows back.

I still have space for new clients, though with each month that passes, those spaces are becoming less and less. So don’t leave it too long! 🤣

🪒🪒 TIME TO DITCH THE RAZOR! 🪒🪒

Now is the time to finally dump that razor and give waxing a go.

Waxing removes hair from the root so it takes much longer for it to grow back. Instead of 2/3 days you will get 3/4 weeks! And when it grows back you don’t get stubble! No-one wants a stubbly foof!
